2023 Community Spirit Awards Nomination Form

The 2023 Community Spirit Awards will be presented at a ceremony on Wednesday, October 18 at the Esplanade Arts & Heritage Centre.

Please note: Completed nomination packages must be received no later than 4:30 pm on Friday, June 16 2023.
