Tax Installment Payment Plan (TIPP) Bank Information Change

 

This form is only to be used if you are currently set up on TIPP and are changing the bank account number, but not the current payor name.

If a new payor or new owner wants to pay, a new TIPP application will need to be completed.

I/We hereby authorize a debit, in the amount stated in the Tax Installment Payment Plan (TIPP) Pre-Authorized Debit terms attached to this application with latitude for adjustments in accordance with the Tax Instalment Payment Plan Bylaw, to be drawn on my/our account on the first day of each month with the first month as previously stated.

Please note: If you pay your utilities on automatic withdrawal and also need to update this bank account, you will need to complete a Utilities Bank Account Change form.
