To qualify for a rebate under the EnerGuide Home Evaluation Incentive program your Energuide Evaluation must be completed during the current program term.

To qualify for a rebate under the Existing Homes program, an initial EnerGuide Home Evaluation (pre-evaluation) is required prior to completing any of the eligible upgrades and a copy of your evaluation report must be submitted within 60 days from approval of reserve funds application to remain in the queue.
