HAT Smart Existing Homes Incentive

To qualify for a rebate under the Existing Homes program, a pre-renovation EnerGuide Home Evaluation is required prior to completing any of the eligible upgrades. A copy of your EnerGuide Evaluation must be submitted to HAT Smart within 60 days of an approved reservation of funds.

Your application will be declined if there is no approved reservation of funds in place, upgrades were completed prior to a pre-renovation evaluation, the application is incomplete, or the requested amount and/or eligible retrofit is unclear.
