Congratulatory certificates accompanied with a letter are available for:

Birthdays - Individuals celebrating a their 65th birthday or up, in five-year increments
Anniversaries - Those celebrating a 50th anniversary or up, in five-year increments
Retirement - Individuals retiring from Canadian Armed Forces or Defence Research and Development Canada

Note: requests must be submitted at least three (3) weeks in advance.
