To complete this form, a computer may be more suitable than a mobile device.

Submit your inspection request a minimum of THREE BUSINESS DAYS IN ADVANCE of your preferred date.

  • You will receive an email confirmation of your scheduled inspection.
  • If the confirmed date is not suitable, contact us right away to reschedule. 
  • Please ensure that the Safety Codes Officer has access to the site on inspection day (i.e., building must not be locked.) Otherwise, a re-inspection fee will apply.
  • A person granting the Safety Codes Officer access to the site must be 18 years of age or more.
  • Specific times are not available for inspections. Only AM or PM may be requested.
  • Inspections on weekends or statutory holidays are not available.
